Intestinal infectious disease
In 2005, the World Gastroenterology Organization (WGO) decided to designate May 29 every year as “World Gut Health Day”. "World Gut Health Day" is designed to remind people to pay attention to the warning issued by the body to pay attention to gut health [1].
Enteroviruses (EV) is a general term for a large group of viruses. The International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV) classifies EVs into 15 genotypes based on the sequence of the coding gene region, receptor and host range, genome organization and composition, namely, enteroviruses A~L, rhinoviruses A~C, including poliovirus, coxsackie virus, echo virus, and new enteroviruses, among which EVs that infect humans mainly belong to enterovirus types A~D. Since EVs were first isolated, enterovirus 71 (EV71) and coxsackievirus A16 (CV‐A16) infections have become major public health problems worldwide [2].
Igenesis’s Coxsackievirus A6/A10/A16/Enterovirus 71 RNA Diagnostic Kit(PCR-Fluorescence)has obtained EU CE certification. The iCassette innovatively integrates all the experimental reagents, procedures and laboratory environments required for nucleic acid extraction, purification and qPCR amplification into a small fully enclosed cassette, which is equivalent to a "PCR triple room". Pre-loaded reagents do not require any liquid preparation. Users only need to load samples and then initiate the processes of nucleic acid extraction, purification and qPCR amplification in the iCassette.
